Our raw materials are sourced from the traditional coconut tree cultivators of our locality. These raw materials are thoroughly checked for quality and only the best enters our warehouse for storing.

Crushing & Extraction
Our raw materials are sourced from the traditional coconut tree are processed through beater machine.
here the beater machine separates the fiber and pith out of husk moves through the conveyor belt.

Screening & washing
Then the pith coming out of coveyor is screened and got collected.
after the collection material is brought to yard for washing to get the desired ec levels.

Drying & Compressing
Then the washed pith/peat is sun dried in the concrete yard to maintain the specific required moisture.once its attains the stage and then the peat is compressed to make in suitable size and form.

Packing & Transport
Then the pith/peat is packed with the required packing materials and kept ready for delivery
